- Replenishment of the deposit amount and partial withdrawal shall not be accepted during the term of deposit.
- The deposit shall be paid in the form of transfer of the funds to the Depositor’s current account
- Interest accrued on the deposit amount shall not increase the deposit amount and shall be paid to the Depositor at the end of deposit term in the form of transfer to the current account of the Depositor opened with the Bank.
- In the event of deposit acceleration amount in part, interest shall be accrued at the rate of the deposit for each full calendar year of depositing of the funds in the deposit amount determined in Clause 1.1. of the present Agreement.
