Accumulation account

The Bank opens accumulation account in Russian roubles and foreign currency for new business registration and depositing funds in the autorised capital stock. Pay attention that debit transactions on the accumulation account are impossible. An exception is the refund of the savings account of the authorized capital in case the further registration of the organization is stopped (only after written request of the company’s management). Money can be contributed only by the person indicated in the internal documents of the organization (charter, minutes, etc.)
