The Bank is hereby granted the right to perform the following banking operations with funds in rubles and foreign currency:

• Attraction of funds of legal entities and individuals in deposits (call or time deposits).
• Placement of the funds of legal entities and individuals attracted in deposits (call or time deposits) in its name and at its own expense.
• Opening and maintenance of bank accounts for legal entities and loan accounts for individuals.
• Making settlements pursuant to the instructions of legal entities and individuals, including correspondent banks, on their bank accounts.
• Encashment of monetary funds, bills of exchange, payment and settlement documents and providing cash desk services to individuals and legal entities.
• Sale and purchase of foreign currency in the cash and non-cash form.
• Issue of bank guarantees.
